The GoodLife Fitness New National Headquarters and Fit4Less Centre building shell reached substantial completion on July 8th, 2016.
This two-storey, 60,000 square foot facility is the new national headquarters for GoodLife Fitness. A complex building façade constructed of aluminum framing and glazing, composite aluminum panels and masonry accents.
Built to accommodate up to 500 employees, its features include an outdoor common area, extensive natural light, and a new Fit4Less Centre.
This project represents a strong relationship where McKay-Cocker Construction once again worked alongside ESAM Construction Ltd., Herefordshire Capital Corporation, and Petroff Partnership Architects.
Project Manager, Paul Henke describes the team dynamic as collaborative, "We work very well together. It's a relationship built on integrity and trust; they have complete confidence in us. Building a high level of trust with consultants and owners is key to making a project a success."
